Recruitment of 175 Booking Service Agents

Swaraj Manpower Services Pvt.Ltd invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 175 Ticket Booking Service Agents for proposed deployment at selected locations across Punjab.

Vacancy Details :

  • Position: Ticket Booking Service Agent

  • Total Vacancies: 175

  • Place of Deployment: Odisha

  • Engagement: Contractual/agency basis

  • Work: IRCTC e-ticket booking and passenger-support services, subject to valid authorization

  • Salary/Remuneration: Rs.28000/-

Minimum Eligibility :

  • Must have passed Class XII/12th or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

  • Must possess basic computer knowledge, including data entry, internet, email, printing and online transactions.

  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • Knowledge of Odia is required. Basic Hindi or English is desirable.

  • Freshers may apply.

Selection Process & Selection will be based on:
